Integrate Sugar CRM instead of WordPress forms

We are broker firm that needs to eliminate manual work and centralize our client data processing, such as names, request info, some uploaded documents in Sugar CRM.
We choose Sugar CRM for data handling among different workers, each having their own set of output data. Some information must be separated from other type of workers
Now we have:
1. A website with Word Press form - to be replaced with Sugar CRM
2. A roadmap as of how it should be handled among workers and Sugar CRM data center
