Integrate Pipedrive or Similar CRM with WordPress
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have been searching for a CRM to integrate with my WordPress site. I think that Pipedrive is best suited for me. If you have experience integrating Pipedrive with a Wordpress site, or think that there is a better CRM (other than Hubspot), please apply for this project.
I want to take the contact names, email and additional info, that is submitted through the forms in my website, and I want to integrate this automatically into a CRM.

I have a WordPress site that uses The7 theme and WPForms. I have a few different contact forms as well as forms to allow companies to place orders for online Meditation classes.
When companies fill out the WPForms forms, the data is stored. However, the contact details are not stored in any way that will allow me to follow up with these contacts.
These are my top priorities:
- A potential client fills out a form in my website and their details are stored in some CRM.
- You can integrate my forms with Pipedrive or rebuild the forms in Pipedrive.
- I either use the CRM outside of my site or within my site to communicate with the potential client.
- I need a system in place that shows me the communications I have had with a client, the last time I saw a communication, and I receive prompts somehow telling me that X number of days have passed since the potential client has responded to one of my emails.
- It is essential that there is a "follow up" system in place to automatically remind me, and the potential client, about unanswered emails. I o not want to have to look back and remind myself that it has been 5 or more days since a client hasn't responded to my email.
- I would also like their contact details automatically added to my Constant Contact account.
- I would like previous potential clients and previous clients imported into Pipedrive.
- I would like to have a "newsletter" system to use to follow up with potential clients and existing clients. I have a Constant Contact account that I do not use. Hopefully Pipedrive has something to do this that is built into Pipedrive?
Please read what I have been doing until now so that you understand the problem and what I am trying to do. I am communicating with potential clients in a very old school way.

I need a modern and somewhat automated way to follow up and follow through with potential clients including adding them to a mailing list (I use Constant Contact).
1. I need you to tell me if Pipedrive is a good choice for a CRM to accomplish what I need to do.
2. You will integrate the CRM with my site.
3. You will show me how the CRM works and how I can stay on top of and follow up with my leads.
4. You will show me other functions in the CRM that I can use to build my business.
