Integrate Klarna Payment App and Rearrange product page

I am looking for someone who has experience in css, wordpress and elementor theme builder. I currently building a website and need help with klarna payment app integrated on the product page and on checkout. I will also require adjustmenting the elements on the product page with elementor theme builder/css. Please see enclosed copy of 'concept' and 'actual website'
