Integrate Hubspot API with a Lead Form in Wordpress

I am looking for an experienced wordpress developer to set up a contact form using wp forms or any other wp contact form plugin and make sure the entries are sent to hubspot according to their documentation as new contacts: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/contacts
And at the same time saved in a google sheet (can be easily achieved through an extention)
We can't use the official hubspot plugin because we don't have access to the account but we have an API key provided to us.
