Integegrate popups from a plugin and Active campaign with wordpress (elementor) site

I'm having some trouble and need immediate help getting pop-ups to appear on my site within a calculator on my site (calculator is a plugin that is displayed on my site via shortcode)
I'm using a pop-up plugin but can't seem to get it to work. I also need to install popups via short code foinmr active campaign. Would you be able to help me with this immediately? I've included a screencast video to explain further. Thank you for your time and consideration.
