Installation and customization of purchased templet and for per installed WordPress website.

This will be a financial service website. I’ve already purchased a template with RTL support .and I need someone to do the following:
1. Preform templet installation (already purchased)
2. Perform all necessary customizations
a. Logo
b. Site theme and coloring
c. Front …etc
3. Add English and Arabic language switch
4. Fill in all the contents in Arabic and English (all content is ready for booth languages)
5. Contact us should be done and diverted to the specified email address with reCAPTCHA verification.
6. You should provide high-resolution pictures that match with content.
