I would like that the amount the employers have to pay will be visible after filling in their business profile and the job description form. The payment only needs to be done directly or split in monthly payments after the employer signed the contract with job duration, way of payment and amount of payment included and also after the employer has found a freelancer to hire.
After signing the contract and finding a freelancer match based on profile description and talent. The employer pays an amount per freelancer.
The freelancers will have to sign also a contract so that after the payment they will be considered working for the new employer and not us.
The employer will pay the freelancer.
The freelancer needs to be truthful in their profile description and sign a contract that they are trutful. (I have the contracts saved already).
Registration option, login, password for employers and for freelancers. Business profile forms + plus job description forms and freelancers personal work profile description forms.
