Increase Timeout for Wordpress Ninja Form Webhook

My Wordpress site hosted on a GoDaddy VPS needs urgent attention. The current server and or wordpress settings are timing out at 5 seconds, which is far from sufficient. I need these parameters adjusted to allow for at least 240 seconds before timing out.

Specific changes needed:
- max_execution_time
- max_input_time
- memory_limit
- and any other variable to give CURL more bandwidth

Ideal skills for this job:
- Extensive knowledge of Wordpress and its server requirements
- Experience working with GoDaddy VPS
- Proficient in adjusting PHP and Apache settings
- Familiarity with CPanel & WHM
