Improve wordpress job board, to search keywords inside candidates' cv

We have a wordpress website built with careerfy theme: www.lavora-con-noi.eu

We have activated the job import included in the theme https://themeforest.net/item/careerfy-job-board-wordpress-theme/21137053

We need ton improve "find candidates" section:
-to allow to better search candidates in the search-bar based on words included in the cv/profile
-extract profile from cv and compile the candidate's profile based on cv
-allow to preview the cv without downloading it
-allow to find keywords included in the candidate profile or cv
-drag and drop cv into the website to import new candidates profile
