Improve UX/UI of wordpress customize plugin

Hi Freelancer ,
I’m owner of www.karton.express website which made from wordpress and I hired other programmer to develop my customize plugin called “KTE Plugin”. This plugin has two main features. First is shipping price instant quote and second is create shipment. Both of them work very well but UX/UI of table , form and process step is ugly and really bad. So I need freelancer who can help me to improve UX/UI follow follow my requirement ( both desktop and mobile view ) in attachment.

1. Project must be complete before 2.9.2022
