Improve the speed of a Wocoommerce site

I am looking for a developer for a Wordpress / Woocommerce site. My goal is to improve the loading time of the site which is currently very slow. Despite the use of a tool like WP Fastest Cache Premium, Google is not happy.

An improvement which must be valid for the mobile and desktop version.
