Improve the functionality of the Shipping Methods for WooCommerce plugin

Need to add functionality to the plugin
By default, there are very few settings in the plugin - the name of the shipping method, fixed price, etc.
Required: Add a setting - delivery works only if all items in the cart have a certain class. For example, I specify in the settings that this shipping method only works if all the items in the customer's cart have the class "test1". If at least one product in the cart is with a different class or the class is not specified, the delivery must be hidden from the list and not available to the client.
Offer a price / terms.
