Improve performance of my wordpress/woocommerce shops

Right now the website is very slow.
It has a speed-rating of 25-30 on https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fstrawberry-plants.ie%2F
How high can you improve it?
Can you do 100?
The website is hosted on quick VPS server on latest version of PLESK on OVH, 4gb ram, ssd dicks, etc..
I have 20-25 other, similar websites (in different languages). I'm going to improve their performance myself and apply changes that you introduced on the above website.
So i require to create a checklist that I could follow in the next websites.
Or, alternatively - you can also offer me the separate cost to apply changes on the other websites yourself (its about 25 sites).
