Improve Woocommerce site's performace. -- 2

I co-run an e-commerce startup called HasthCraft (https://hasthcraft.com) and our web platform is based on Wordpress + WooCommerce.

Presently our site-speed performance is very bad (~F) and I will like someone to optimize that for me so that we reach A+ rating on GTMetrix and 95+ on web.dev for both mobile and desktop.
