Implement a responsive, virtual chatbot on WordPress + Elementor + WooCommerce

I am looking for a Freelancer who can help me to implement a virtual chatbot on WordPress + Elementor + WooCommerce with Python as the primary interface language. I have a specific design and layout ready for the chatbot and want it to have personality, skills, with general product knowledge, as well as specific knowledge of my inventory and my website. It should also be intuitive and user-friendly, with the ability to quickly and effectively handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations. The conversation flows need to be developed.
