Implement a design on Wordpress + Elementor + WooCommerce

We have a design we want to implement on a site designed in Elementor which also includes WooCommerce.
The design needs to work well on all resolutions (mobile + tablet + desktop), all major browsers and with no code errors.
We require clean code, SCSS, HTML5, JS.
The Project will lead to more updates, so we need someone we can work with on a long term.
Project will cover the main site pages + woocommerce product pages. Need to make sure you're familiar with them.
