Implement Wordpress plug-in as Shopify App

I have a Wordpress plug-in that allows a user to draw on a map and define shipping zones to be used at checkout. It intigrates with woocomerce.
I need someone to take the code for this plug-in and use it to create a Shopify application.
You will not be creating the plug-in from scratch. The Plug-in uses google maps and for its main functionality. The new Shopify application can be an embedded app or can run via an external website.
In order to come plate this job you would need a good bit of knowledge with Wordpress, Woocomerce, & Shopify.
