I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a demo page on my Wordpress website using an iFrame plugin.

Design:

Looking for a Wordpress demo web page to demonstrate a third party iFame plugin.

Web page needs to:
1. Present a dopdown list of addresses (purely for demo purposes, so this does not need to come from a database or similar)
2. Select one address from the dropdown
3. Present a "Continue" button
4. Feed the address into the iFrame
5. Allow user to enter some more details in the iFrame
6. Present the iFame result upon hitting submit
7. Show a next step in the workflow

This is only a demo to show the art of the possible for users of the plugin to place this into their own website.
