Hybrid App Development and Enhancement

I'm looking for a freelancer who can help me build out a mobile hybrid app.
I have an approved application already, but my Freelancer who was helping me to build the app was removed from the platform and now I need support and/or a rebuild of the app so that we can make updates and improvements to the application.
The application has a control panel built in a WordPress build so that admin's can easily manage the content of the app.
The app allows users from the WordPress site to with a specific membership/subscription access to have access to the application using their same username and password.
The app is basically a collection of video and video playlists that are behind the membership/subscription paywall of the WordPress website.
I have a working prototype of the application, but I've lost my Freelancer and I don't know if I need a new application, or if the new freelancer can help me to make edits to the build we have now.
