Hire a wordpress developer for setup the site from one hosting to another

I'm looking to hire a WordPress developer to help setup and migrate a website from one hosting to another. The hosting platform I want to use is GoDaddy. Additionally, I know the list of plugins I would like installed and I already have a website that needs to be migrated.
