High converting Wordpress website needed

We're a custom apparel and merchandise company transitioning online. We're looking to drive traffic to a newly designed, functional website to capture more leads.
I have largely designed the majority of the site and am looking for a developer (with some design background ideal) to create the site. Our current site is also on Wordpress and we have a number of integrations and ordering systems that we (and our customers) rely on heavily so would need to be a smooth transition with minimal downtime.
Our production system has a good API so moving forward we look to utilise that to add specific functions to our site to enhance our customer experience ie. Live Tracking [Enter Order ID] and the result will show the Order Status Name and Customer Due Date which is all date accessible via the API.
Looking for a longer term relationship with a trusted developer to assist with our transition and enhance our growth moving forward.
