Help with adding content, pages and payment to website build in wordpress

Hello,
We need someone who is excellent with wordpress to help us with:
updating content using existing templets
updating plugins
adding payment system ( we already have a company) just need to add to website
We offer 10 -15 USD per hour and 5- 10 hours per week - 20-30 a month
We start with 10 USD /h and raise to 15 after a month if we are satisfied.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, fluent with wordpress, can commit 5-10 h every week .
