Help with Hubspot + Bitly + Gravity Forms integration problem

We have a small problem that needs fixed. Hubspot, Gravity Forms, Bitly integration.
When a customer uploads a file/picture to GRAVITY FORMS on our website, it then sends a link to that file within our HUBSPOT CRM. We want that filename to be connected to BITLY, and have the file name shortened. Right now, the filename is really long because files that are uploaded through gravity forms are put in a folder.
We had it working for the last 2 years with our system, but we just launched our new website and the functionality broke. We cannot figure out what to do. Our entire team is out of ideas. This will only take a few minutes for the right person who understands this.
