Help me and show me how to recover and secure hacked wordpress site

My wordpress site displays a blank page, when I try to log in as admin it does not recognize my email address, I think the site is hacked. I made several manipulations to solve the problem but without success, I deactivated the .Htaccess file, the plugins, the theme... but without results.
So I'm looking for someone who can help me and show me how to solve the problem.
