Help need with WP Ajax and Feedzy Plugin Debugging

I have added some custom code to "recreate" the run now button, (which is located in the wordpress admin dashboard for the feedzy plugin) on the front end so the user can run the feed update without entering the admin dashboard. The JS file used by the plugin uses ajaxurl however this route is not defined on the front end for this file. I need some help to debug this and also there is an error when using the JS file on the front end that the $().. is not a function even though jQuery is enqueued at the top of the page.
