Help me debug my Wordpess site

Hi there,

I've migrated my wordpress site to byethost but am now stuck on this empty page as the homepage (attached).

I also cannot access the wp-admin page as its a 404 error to change the permalinks.

I need someone who has experience with wordpress and migrations to walk me through a debug process to get the site working.
