Help me Set up product categories in Woocomerce site asap

The site was transfered from Opencart to Woo
using Litextension.

The basic category links are set on the home page. I need somebody the help with the sub categories and show me how to allocate the products into categories via teamviewer or similar, then to delete the old categories that came from old OC site. Thx for looking. Scott
