HelloSign Integration by email in Checkout of Wordpress Site

Our HelloSign app that was built into our checkout process stopped working. Our template is still in HelloSign. At checkout an email from HelloSign is sent to the customer collecting their credit card. We use it for recurring billing in our system, we can't use a WordPress system for the recurring charge.
The template for the credit card is already built in HelloSign.
We rent to own instruments from our web page. goldenmusicexperince.com.
The customer gets the email (they have already filled out our contract, bought supplies and paid their instrument rental). The final piece is we need the credit card for data entry in our system. Not tokenized.
I don't know enough about it to fix it.
