HELP: REPORTING ENTRY GRAVITY FORM, AVG ALL ENTRY, FILTER , ETC...

Good morning everyone, I'm looking for professionals in Wordpress Gravity Form.
Please only people who know what I require.
I have a form and I need to create a report page that shows me the average of all the entries inserted in some fields of a gravity form.

For example, the "Weight" field will have to take the average of all the entries in the "Weight" field inserted, automatically updating this average as the entries are inserted

All I need is that you do it in just one field and then I repeat it for the fields I need.

I need to be able to export everything to Excel

I need to be able to filter all the fields, for example I need them to show me users who are under 30 years of age what is the average WEIGHT, or I have inserted files that identify a medical center and I want to filter them only for a specific center doctor?

I have installed all the gravityform and gravity view plugins, but I can't find how to create a table in view that gives me the averages of the fields I want and filters these fields
