GreenSock and WordPress project manager

For our new project, we are looking for a project manager that is highly skilled in GreenSock and WordPress to help me out with a few ideas and perhaps the development as well.
Briefly about the requirements: preferably higher education in marketing and management, graphic design, work experience from 1 year, the ability to use the employee monitoring software system, skills in working with cloud storage systems, as well as planners (Trello, Asana)
