Gravity forms +wordpress - account for local service support

I have very small project.
I need to make wordpress website with gravity forms. It will work like below:
1. User will register with own email and password - it will be our serviceman
2. User will be able to choose 20-40 gravity forms. It will be differents forms for different orders. Forms are ready. But we would like to share forms depends of status. For example serviceman interested laptops will have different forms, tv serviceman will have another forms
3. User can fill form and send to me.
4. On accounr serviceman will see history of send forms.
5. I can attach for serviceman additional documents like order confirmation, invoice etc.
6. Serviceman can see status of send forms - received, on process, ready.
7. Serviceman can share his address and phone details. It will be shown for clients.
