Gravity form custom fileds issues solved

I am looking for a skilled developer who can fix some code issues with Gravity Forms and WordPress. We created a custom field type (checkbox with a text field) for Gravity Forms. When I submit the form, the values are saved to the database and displayed as an entry in the backend. However, this functionality only works with single-page forms not multi steps form. We used a JS script to skip the input name problem, as the input name is dynamically created with the Gravity Forms plugin. I think that this script doesn't work with multiple-page forms.
