Gravity Form - Form Creation

I have a 6 page form that I need to create - most of it is straight forward, but some questions will have additional questions depending on the answers (yes or no) to previous questions. I will need you to create this in your own instance of WordPress using Gravity Forms and once completed, export the files so I can install this on the live site. The form will need to be paginated and be able to be saved to complete later.
