Google map search by radius expert

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone expert who know custom coding for radius search around the postal code given by the user.
In simpel words: I have already existing website where I have a lot of dealera for alarm business and its custom post type in WordPress as Dealers.
I have search form where user search postal code like "J4Y 2X5" and the result needs to be show around 40 km radius.
So all the dealers who are around 40 km will show on the search result page.
Dealers addresses are already set in google map custom field using advance custom field for address.
If sone know how to aet radius search and able to custom code the website then apply on this project.
This project has $100 budget for this small function only.
If someone want to do in this budget then apply otherwise don't bid and don't waste your time for asking more money.
