Google analytics, robots.txt and sitemap help needed

I have been using Analyics for years and want someone to set things up correctly regarding Google console, robots.txt,. sitemap (I use XML sitemaps), dead links audit, page errors, etc.
Basically, we want all our data indexed and non-important pages not idexed. Want to know what is important and is not important.
We use WordPress with Google Site Kit and AHREFs for auditing. SIte has approx 200 pages.
We don't need any SEO help though.
Big with anominal fee and we can discuss a price with the chosen coder.
