Google Merchant Center Support (Woocommerce Feed and Errors)

We are trying to set up our feed inside of Google Merchant Center and are looking for some support to help.
Here are our errors that we are getting for our Woocommerce site from Google:
"The product data you submitted in your feed does not meet the product data specification, so your products were not approved. Fix and update your feed to display products to customers. To see all issues, go to Diagnostics."
In the area "To see all issues, go to Diagnostics"
This is what we are seeing:
Account isn't eligible for enhanced free listings
No Google Ads account linked
We need help getting our items to connect from our Woocommerce site to Google shopping. Let us if you are able to help out to get our feed active and tell us what we need to do to get rid of these errors.
