We are a home appliances retailer based in Pune, India, operating through four physical stores. Our website is dynamicdistributors.in, and we currently deliver only within Pune. To enforce this, we’ve restricted delivery to specific pincodes using the shipping settings in WooCommerce.
We have successfully set up both the Primary Feed and Local Inventory Feed in Google Merchant Center. However, GMC support informed us that our products appear as “out of stock” at the checkout stage when users enter a pincode outside our delivery area. In such cases, our website displays a message stating: “We deliver only in Pune and PCMC areas. Please enter a valid pincode.”
Google support advised us to use the Regional Inventory Feed to solve this issue. We have created the necessary regions and attempted to upload the regional inventory feed. However, we’re encountering errors for all products, with the message: “Offer does not exist.”
