Hello,
I’m looking for a skilled professional to help resolve an issue with my Google Merchant Center account, which is linked to a WooCommerce website using the CTX Feed plugin. Our products are facing limited discoverability, and I need assistance in diagnosing and fixing the problem.
Project Overview:
Platform: WordPress (WooCommerce)
Feed Method: File-based feed generated by CTX Feed
Google Merchant Add-ons Activated:
Free Local Listings
Custom Reports
Error Details:
We are encountering the following issues:

Status: Limited
Visibility: True
Issue: "Unverified Inventory"
This is preventing the products from appearing in certain countries.
Google has requested verification of the inventory.

What I Need:
1- Google Merchant Center Expert: You should have extensive experience with Google Merchant (Shopping) and WooCommerce.
2- Audit & Improvement: Perform an audit of the account to identify and resolve issues. Provide recommendations to improve product visibility and discoverability.
3- Add-ons Review: Review the current Google Merchant Add-ons and suggest any necessary additions or changes to maximize performance.
4- Problem Diagnosis: Identify the cause(s) of the limited discoverability and explain how to fix them.
5- Remote Access Only: We cannot provide direct access to our account. You’ll need to work via AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Google Merchant Center and WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with CTX Feed or similar plugins.
- Ability to work without direct access to the account and communicate the issues and solutions effectively.
- Experience with troubleshooting issues related to product discoverability and visibility.
Payment Terms:
Please note that payment will only be made if my products become fully visible on Google Merchant Center. This means I need to be able to:
- Search for my products on Google Shopping.
- See them listed on the Google Shopping page.
