Google Maps Function Fix on WordPress

I have encountered an issue with the Google Maps function on my custom Wordpress site (several template-pages). The error I am receiving is "billing-not-enabled-map-error." I believe this is a result of my Google Cloud billing settings. I am not sure if my account is set up correctly or if there are other issues at play. I need assistance in applying my new API key and getting this resolved.
