Google Cloud SSL Configuration For Wordpress | Issue with Apache

Looking for someone who is experienced in Google Cloud platform deploying wordpress sites and activate SSL for the website. Already the website is live and SSL certificate also installed but apache service is not getting initiated. I will give access to my computer to fix this issue and make the SSL work with the site. Its an urgent gig and needs to be started immediate
