Google Ads Conversion Tracking Debugging

I'm facing issues with my Google Ads conversion setup. Conversions are not tracking. I'm using Google Tag Manager to manage these conversions and I can confirm that the Google Tag Manager container is correctly installed on my website.

Tags are fired but failed.

I have a Wordpress site and use a Elementor form, which should be tracked when submitted the form.
