Getting started with Elementor Pro

I have bought a template from tempaltemonster, together with Elementor Pro

I am creating a websop for a client of mine. But I have some issues which I would like some help with. These are simple stuff for they who knows Elementor Pro. Please check attached file for details.

I am only interested in bids from people with experience with Elementor Pro.
