Getresponse + Wordpress expert needed to fix a problem

I have a Wordpress website and someone setup a quiz using the Superforms plugin
Once the user finishes the quiz and enters their name and email, the quiz sends their data to Getresponse to a specific list, depending on their results.
All that is working fine, however once the data is on Getresponse, an Autoresponder should be triggered, but isn't.
Getresponse support told us that the information about adding a contact to an autoresponder cycle needs to be added where the connection with the API key was created (on our end).
