Geo-Address Input & Map Display

I'm seeking a skilled WordPress developer to create a dynamic user area on our website that serves two primary purposes:
- Allows users to input their address data, including Name, Street Address, City, State, Postal Code, Country, and any additional information through free input fields.
- Displays these addresses simultaneously on Google Maps and in a list view right on the input page.
**Key Requirements:**
- Implement a form to capture comprehensive address information (Name, Street, City, State, Postal Code, Country, and Free Text).
- Immediate display of entered addresses in both list and Google Maps view on the same page.
- Configurable access controls, enabling only the original address inputter to edit their entries. Viewing permissions can be more flexible.
