Generate Report from Woocommerce Custom Product Addons

Hello,
I have a site running WordPress and WooCommerce with the Woocommerce Custom Product Addons Pro plugin from Acowebs with various additional add-on fields on WooCommerce.
One such field is a date & time field for pickup which allows a product to be ordered with a pickup date a minimum of 2 days in advance.
I need to be able to generate a report detailing what is to be picked up on any particular day, bearing a mind an order might have been placed yesterday but not being picked up until tomorrow or any date in the future.
