Role Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in WordPress, Elementor, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and other relevant web development technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our websites and web applications while ensuring top performance, security, and responsiveness.
This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication skills and self-management to meet deadlines with minimal oversight. Daily and weekly check-ins are required to provide updates on tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Website Development & Maintenance:
Build, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress & Elementor.
Develop and optimize custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Ensure websites are fast, responsive, and SEO-friendly.
✅ Full-Stack Development:
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, and other frameworks.
Work with APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.
Ensure best practices in UI/UX design, performance optimization, and security.
✅ Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to bring ideas to life.
Provide clear and actionable feedback on required assets (images, copy, etc.).
Attend weekly team meetings and daily check-ins to report progress and align with business goals.
✅ Project & Task Management:
Take ownership of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Track tasks efficiently without excessive oversight.
Troubleshoot and resolve website and app issues promptly.
Requirements:
✔ Mastery of WordPress & Elementor – Proven experience building high-quality WordPress websites with Elementor.
✔ Strong Backend & Frontend Development Skills – Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and database management (MySQL, SQL).
✔ Experience with APIs & Third-Party Integrations – Ability to work with RESTful APIs, payment gateways, and CRM systems.
✔ SEO & Performance Optimization – Understanding of speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and best SEO practices.
✔ Security Best Practices – Knowledge of website security, firewalls, and malware prevention.
✔ Problem-Solving & Independence – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues without excessive oversight.
✔ Strong Communication & Collaboration – Must be proactive in requesting assets, providing updates, and working with team members.
✔ Deadline-Oriented & Organized – Ability to track tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
