Freelance Content Writer – Deals, Freebies, Recipes & Lifestyle Articles
Budget: $5 – $10 USD
I'm looking for a reliable freelance content writer to help create engaging articles for several established websites. This is an ongoing position with flexible hours for someone who enjoys finding great deals, writing helpful content, and working in WordPress.
What You'll Be Writing
* Shopping deals and discounts from major U.S. retailers
* Freebies, coupons, and rewards programs
* Recipes and food articles
* DIY, gardening, and lifestyle content
* Seasonal guides and roundups
* Occasionally updating existing articles
Requirements
* **Strong WordPress experience** (Classic Editor and/or Gutenberg)
* Excellent written English with proper grammar and spelling
* Familiar with **American brands, retailers, products, and shopping habits**
* Able to write in a conversational, reader-friendly style
* Comfortable formatting articles with headings, links, images, and basic HTML when needed
* Able to research products and verify information
* Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
* Experience writing SEO-friendly content is a big plus
Bonus Skills
* Experience writing for deal, coupon, affiliate, or lifestyle websites
* Basic image editing using Canva or similar tools
* Understanding of affiliate marketing
* Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, Sam's Club, and other major U.S. retailers
* Website design and linking
* Video editing

I'm Ok with AI content just need someone that can make it human sounding. I want someone who can write naturally, catch mistakes, think like a shopper, and create articles that are genuinely useful to readers.
You should be comfortable following writing guidelines while also taking initiative and working independently. Schedule is very flexible - we are on East Coast of US.
