JOB TITLE:

Website Customizer Needed for Franchise-Based Business Portal (Template-Based Setup – Long-Term Role)



JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a web developer/designer to help us set up a franchise portal using pre-bought templates. This is not a full website from scratch — we’ve already purchased high-quality templates from Envato.

You will use, duplicate, and lightly customize these templates to match our four franchise models, connect payment options, create simple back-office access for clients, and ensure everything is smooth and easy to use.

We are looking for someone who is serious, detail-oriented, and wants to grow into a long-term tech position on our team. If you enjoy helping people launch businesses, and want recurring income from client setup work, this is for you.

NDA must be signed before any sensitive company materials or names are shared.



PROJECT SCOPE:

Use existing templates to build out 4 franchise types:



Tourism Franchise Page

For: Retreat hosts, Airbnb operators, tour organizers, event planners
What you’ll create:
• A branded landing page for this franchise type
• Page includes example services like travel packages, booking systems, and tourism logistics
• Integrate dummy text/images (we’ll replace later)
• Include call-to-action for purchase/sign-up
• Set up redirection to their back office after purchase


Local & Global Franchise Page

For: Entrepreneurs using a geographic brand (like “FranchiseName Brooklyn” or “FranchiseName Jamaica”)
Plans:
• Local Plan: Uses state/street naming
• Global Plan: Uses country naming
You’ll create:
• A dynamic plan selection page
• Add upsell logic for certain location-based names
• Install payment logic (e.g., +$200 for premium name use)
• Redirect post-purchase to back office dashboard


Mobility Suite Franchise Page

For: Transportation brands, car rentals, personal driving services, or mobile delivery companies
You’ll create:
• A clean page showing service types (chauffeurs, rideshare, logistics, etc.)
• Clear plan and pricing breakdown
• Option to upgrade with geographic branding
• Payment and redirect flow setup


“Powered By” Franchise Page

For: Retailers, salons, barbers, beauty professionals, or online service providers
What you’ll create:
• Simple page for clients to get “Powered by” branding
• Optional upgrade to full franchise package
• Clear description of light tech tools included
• Payment setup with tiered branding options
• Redirect after purchase to a simplified back office


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

You will use the template provided (WordPress, Elementor, etc. – specify if needed)
Duplicate pages for each franchise offering
Plug in dummy text and placeholder images
Add navigation + homepage
Connect to payment checkout (Stripe/PayPal preferred)
Create back office (simple dashboard/login)
For travel-related users: include basic ability to invite team (or shared access)
Ensure mobile-friendly and fast load speeds


LONG-TERM ROLE OPPORTUNITY:

This is more than a one-time job.
Once the system is built, you can:
• Help onboard new clients
• Set up their websites using this system
• Join our remote tech team
• Get paid per client setup or monthly support role

We are looking for someone who:
• Understands business logic
• Is reliable, creative, and detail-oriented
• Wants a flexible but consistent role building with impact


IDEAL FREELANCER PROFILE:
• WordPress/Elementor or modern site builder experience
• Familiar with Envato or ThemeForest templates
• Fluent in payment integration + redirect logic
• Can think in terms of scalable systems
• Excellent communication
• Willing to sign NDA before any client names or brand material is released
• Can write clean, clear placeholder text and structure pages for easy updates


BUDGET:

Startup Budget: $400 (template already provided)
• Bonuses per completed client
• Ongoing paid opportunity to manage client setups

This is ideal for someone early in their freelance journey or a pro who wants predictable monthly work.
