FormDesigner Setup and Customization
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need help with FormDesigner to set up and customize a form I’ve already started.
Key Tasks:
- Fix issue where page 3 is completely skipped
- Customize Thank You page with a custom message
- Send users an email copy of complete form responses
- Notify me when a user submits the form
- Apply a professional look using FormTemplate, matching my website colors
- Ensure all data is exported to Google Sheets or Excel
- Integration to WordPress - I am not sure I want to do this as of yet, but I will select someone who has for future work
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with FormDesigner
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
- Basic design skills for form customization
Please provide URL with a sample FormDesigner forms you have created, also any integration of FormDesigner in WordPress
If this initial form setup is done well, I have two more forms (one with 30 questions and another with 43 questions) that need to be created from provided Word documents.
