Form for releasing document and collecting data

I have what I think is a fairly simple job, but too much of a learning curve for me to do it :-)
I am about to begin a LinkedIn marketing campaign. It will direct people to a webpage with a video and a form. When they complete and submit the form, they will be able to download two PDF documents. I will use the data for a marketing funnel. I am using Wordpress and Elementor.
I have the rough page set up - beldingtraining.com/customer-service-training-design. I have created the video, and the pdfs for downloads. What I need is someone who understands the rest. Happy to buy a plugin (such as contact form by wpforms,) but don't know which will be best or how to configure everything.
